Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A Business Partner to support U.S. operations and infrastructure projects. You will own budgets, forecasts, and project analysis, translating operating plans into revenue, profitability, capital expenditure, and cash flow projections.

Reporting to the U.S. Finance lead, you will partner with leaders across Accounting, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to challenge assumptions, build robust financial models, and deliver monthly business reviews and

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling including scenarios, NPV/IRR.
• Experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM or Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned businesses.
• Partner with project, Operations, Engineering, Procurement leaders to align plans.
• Build models linking capacity, costs, pricing to profitability and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Support planning-system implementation, data validation, and governance.
