Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CA designation required.
• 5-8 years of progressive Finance Manager experience, preferably buy-side or crypto exposure.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python and financial software is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with fund administration processes and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with standards.
• Review NAV packs with the fund administrator and resolve breaks.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends and improvements.
• Assist in cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Support investor relations materials in English and Chinese and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
