Qualifications

• Experience leading trading operations in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to set standards and scale ops functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the trading operations and supervisory framework across money market funds and ETFs.
• Oversee trade surveillance, pre- and post-trade controls, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with brokers and partners to ensure compliance with SEC/FINRA requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for trade errors, breaks, and settlement issues.
