Job summary

indiGO Auto Group's Lamborghini McLaren Rolls-Royce North Houston is seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Houston. You will oversee credit applications, pricing, and approval workflows for vehicle financing in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has automotive F&I or loan officer experience, strong math and leadership skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales, F&I, or loan officer experience preferred.
• Strong math and verbal communication abilities.
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Self-motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet sold customers and invite them into the F&I office to finalize their paperwork.
• Submit credit applications for pending deals to financial institutions for approval according to management’s guidelines.
• Strive to obtain the lowest buy-rate (cost) for financing, paying careful attention to quotas.
• Maintain a current folder containing extended warranty policy costs and guidelines, insurance rates, and financing buy-rates.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork with completeness and regulatory conformity.
• Collect any monies due or verify funds with the accounting office.
• Maintain all state licenses required to sell insurance and extended warranty policies.
• Train the sales force on how to prepare customers for F&I.
• Keep a log of all deals completed in finance and pending deals with status.
• Prepare a daily report of unit totals, gross and F&I profit totals.
• Maintain the F&I forms library with current forms.
• Submit contracts to lenders with proper documentation for prompt payment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, and coworkers.
