Responsibilities

About This Role
As a Finance Manager supporting the data center, IT, and Global Security groups, you will gain a deep understanding of the operational logic of data center businesses, Corporate IT, and Global Security Organizations. Use financial knowledge and budget management tools to assist in achieving management goals and drive key business decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the overseas business team based in Beijing to manage and review the local department’s expenses, supervise and approve budget implementation, including OA project approval, contracts, PR, and other approvals.
2. Assist the business department in project-based cost calculation, financial risk prevention, contract negotiation, and resource planning for future initiatives.
3. Regularly perform deviation analysis on pre-actual data, analyze project execution, and track project progress and costs.
4. Establish reasonable financial and operational indicators, quantify costs, promote cost optimization, and alert abnormal situations to improve processes and efficiency.
5. Investigate industry best practices and guide the business department to improve expense management and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, financial management, and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, challenge acceptance, and collaboration skills across diverse functions.
• Problem-solving ability, creative thinking, and ability to foresee issues.
• Strong cross-functional relationship skills, especially with global teams in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting data centers, cloud operations, or R&D preferred.
• Mandarin language skills preferred due to system and tool requirements.
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA are preferred.
