Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with proven impact
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze project performance across supply chain lines of business and identify optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain scalable financial tools, models, and reporting mechanisms for data-driven decision making
• Partner with operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and provide financial guidance to cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct deep financial analysis to identify data integrity issues and deliver narratives and recommendations to senior leadership
• Develop finance partnerships across organizational levels and ensure alignment between financial analyses and operational goals
