Siemens Gamesa, part of Siemens Energy, is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead in the United States. You will lead and mentor a team of commercial project managers, guiding performance goals and coaching for skills development.

You will provide data analysis for forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting for North America executives, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Microsoft Office skills and SAP knowledge.
• Solution-oriented mindset with hands-on implementation.

Responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks to contribute to the project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of commercial project managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Establish performance goals and objectives, monitor progress and results, and provide guidance, direction, feedback, and coaching to promote skills development and knowledge growth.
• Provide comprehensive data analysis and detailed insights to support the Head of Finance PM in forecasting and planning, budget development, and the preparation of monthly reporting packages for North America executives.
• Play an active role in month-end closing activities and maintain accurate project books and records in compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Support Project Managers and project teams in managing financial results with the utmost attention to detail by developing financial scenarios, identifying and assessing potential risks and opportunities, evaluating and implementing strategies, and continuously monitoring progress and taking appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, handling communications and coordinating activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

The base salary range for this position varies by location. $136,900 - $286,00.00

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
