The role oversees accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting, partners with the CFOO on multi-year modeling, audits, and board-facing summaries, and develops a high-performing finance team committed to accuracy and service.
Ravenscroft is seeking a Director of Finance in the Business Office. This is a full-time, exempt, 12-month position reporting to the Associate Head of School for Business Affairs (CFOO).

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role is based on Ravenscroft's campus and includes work in the Business Office and shared community spaces. The position requires prolonged periods working at a computer, the ability to move throughout campus, and clear communication with colleagues, families, and trustees. Workload peaks around budget development, fiscal year-end close, the annual audit, and the opening of school. Occasional evening responsibilities may be required in connection with Board and committee meetings. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
