You will present structured financing options, build strong lender relationships, and maximize profitable finance income while upholding compliance and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance.
• Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products.
• Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.

Responsibilities

• Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners.
• Maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP, insurance, etc.).
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience.
• Contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth.
