• Proven ability to close deals with integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and pass background check.

Responsibilities

Role Summary: As an automotive finance manager you will create seamless financing experiences, guide customers through the process, present tailored products, and ensure professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining strong collectability
• Demonstrate full proficiency with title laws and vehicle registration processes
• Maintain all required certifications and stay current with industry standards
• Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, make sound credit decisions, and close transactions effectively
• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare contracts, complete paperwork, and deliver vehicles to satisfied customers
• Audit team deals post‑sale for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit deal packages to lenders promptly to ensure timely funding

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive finance or F&I experience
• In‑depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional appearance and a customer‑first mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, dealership software, and internet applications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to close deals with confidence and integrity
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen
