Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience in financial services/fintech or regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience scaling financial operations and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial controllership for Airwallex AMER entities, supporting group reporting, audit, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and strong governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, and FP&A on new product launches and commercial structures.
• Prepare technical accounting memos on topics like revenue recognition, equity compensation, and M&A transactions.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations to relevant U.S. authorities.
