Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field
• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, CS, math or related quantitative field
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reporting including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
• Partner with teams to build financial models evaluating campaign ROI
• Create monthly and quarterly financial reports analyzing performance against KPIs
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews
• Identify opportunities to optimize investments in a dynamic environment
• Establish financial controls and approval processes
• Develop dashboards to visualize investment effectiveness and business drivers
