Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Connect AI Finance team within Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) Finance organization. This role partners with the Connect business to drive pricing, growth opportunities, and performance reporting in a fast-moving environment.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, partner across AWS finance, and deliver timely, insight-rich financial models that influence pricing and product strategy for AI-powered Connect

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making.
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 5+ years of leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, determining root causes, and implementing escalation plans.
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business.
• MBA, or CPA.
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpreting results.
• Experience performing ad‑hoc analysis using advanced Excel.

Finance Manager, AI Solutions - AWS Connect

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Connect AI Finance team within Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) Finance organization.

This role works across the Amazon Connect business team to own new product pricing strategies for our Connect AI products, drive better understanding of growth opportunities, customer adoption trends, and break down blockers to growth. The successful candidate will communicate effectively, manage time‑sensitive deliverables across a matrixed organization, and manage risks and opportunities. The individual will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

• MBA, or CPA.
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpreting results.
