Job summary

Synthires seeks experienced Financial Managers and finance leaders to evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and recommendations for accuracy, regulatory considerations, and analytical rigor.

You will review cash flow management, budgeting, pricing decisions, financial reporting, and planning; identify errors and risks; and provide structured feedback to improve AI-driven outputs. Start date is immediate, with flexible, project-based engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in financial management roles such as Financial Manager, Finance Director, or related leadership.
• Experience overseeing accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning activities at branch/department level.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate financial information objectively and provide well-reasoned judgments.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables for accuracy and relevance.
• Compare AI outputs and assess financial soundness, regulatory considerations, analytical rigor, and business judgment.

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing assumptions, and risks in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve quality and reliability of AI content.
