You will oversee multi-year systems modernization (OneStream, SAP S/4HANA) and build real-time dashboards, while guiding change management and ensuring data integrity across legacy and new platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally spanning FP&A, commercial finance, or transformation-related roles.
• Demonstrated experience with pricing, margin, and commercial economics analysis; exposure to inflation/tariff impact analysis a plus.
• Familiarity with EPM and financial systems (OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, EDW concepts, GDM) strongly preferable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar) and genuine interest in applying AI/ML techniques to finance use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across sales, accounting, IT, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with vertical sales leaders to track and analyze sales growth performance against targets.
• Own the build and maintenance of commercial performance metrics, including pricing realization and tariff impact.
• Develop and refine net price waterfall analysis to isolate price, volume, mix, and cost inflation on margin.
• Monitor tariff exposure across the supply chain and model mitigation strategies with sourcing and operations.
• Lead STRAP planning cycles with growth models and scenario analysis.
• Build dashboards that provide leadership real-time visibility into growth, pricing, and margin.
• Lead financial analysis supporting wind-down of licensing business line.
• Assess financial exposures and obligations through wind-down; distinguish stranded costs vs. one-time items.
• Monitor wind-down milestones and flag risks or unbudgeted costs to finance leadership.
• Support audit-readiness and defensible reporting for wind-down financials.
