Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Agentic AI Finance team in Seattle, WA. You will own end-to-end financial strategy for services in the Agentic AI portfolio, partnering with engineering, product, and senior business leaders to drive investments, shape pricing, and scale with discipline.

Ideal candidates bring deep financial modeling, strategic thinking, and strong cross-organizational influence.

Qualifications

5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making.
5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives driving performance and strategy.
5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the financial strategy and P&L for a service within Agentic AI portfolio.
Lead monthly reviews, planning cycles, and quarterly forecasts with cross-functional inputs.
Influence Director/VP level decisions including pricing and investments.
Design scalable financial frameworks, reduce complexity, and drive automation.
Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders on new capabilities and pricing.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to quantify risks, opportunities, and growth.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for visibility into performance and costs.
Mentor junior team members, supporting hiring and onboarding of the finance team.
