Fields Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a high-integrity, energetic finance professional to join our dealership team. You will help customers arrange financing, present additional products, and structure deals for profitability while ensuring compliance with title laws and regulations.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to close deals.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing and present additional products.
• Structure deals for profitability and collectability.
• Proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
