Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based at Gateway Kia’s Warrington, PA location. The Finance Manager will oversee the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations, including structuring vehicle purchase financing, presenting warranty and protection products, and securing approvals from lenders. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing credit applications, explaining financing terms and options, preparing and finalizing all related contracts and documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with sales and management to optimize deal profitability, assisting customers with questions or concerns about their financing, and maintaining accurate records and reporting for all finance transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in automotive finance processes and F&I best practices, including deal structuring and lender relations.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support dealership profitability and performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including privacy, lending, and consumer protection requirements in automotive finance.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly, with strong customer service and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfort working with dealership management systems, finance software, and general office applications.
• Prior experience as a Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or in a similar automotive finance role is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced dealership environment, collaborating with sales and service teams.
