Hi, I’m Nicole, Director of Finance at Customer.io, and I’m looking for a strategic Finance Manager to join our team and own the end-to-end financial planning and analysis that powers our growth. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to shape forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives—turning data into insights that drive decisions at the highest levels. If you’re energized by building robust models, translating complex metrics into clear narratives, and mentoring rising FP&A talent, we’d love to hear from you!

Customer.iois committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. We are offering a starting salary of $135,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
