Well established Engineering Services Company with international operations in 15 plus countries is looking for a very sharp Finance Manager to join the Finance and Accounting Team.

Prior experience in the Engineering Services, Construction or architecture industries is a must.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Communication, and analytical skills.

Position reports to the Finance Director, and is a high visibility position.

Location: Anywhere in the US

This position will develop and provide budgeting and reporting process which involves coordination across 20+ branch offices and the corporate departments. Develops and Analyzes forecast and actual financial performance. Gathers, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of future company performance for offices worldwide and corporate departments (annual budget & mid-year budget revision).

• Quantitative analysis of operational and financial data (monthly, quarterly, annually, ad-hoc).

• Builds and maintains financial models that detail company’s operations and future performance.

• Liaises with department managers in formulating their budget submissions.

• Proposes enhancements to the budget model.

• Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance with executive team under the supervision of the Finance Director.

• Suggests and implements continuous improvements to the business budgeting processes at the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in related field years of experience in financial analysis/accounting
