RTB House is seeking an early-career data professional to lead the build of our AI-powered FP&A reporting stack on Google Cloud, transitioning from Looker Studio and Google Sheets. You will work with a finance team to design data pipelines, automate tasks, and ensure data quality and security in a fast-paced, global environment.

You’ll collaborate with our FP&A leader and a senior analyst to implement production-grade code in SQL, Python, and Apps Script, while gaining hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• Experience working with data (internship, side project, or university project).
• Solid SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY; window functions a plus).
• Basic Python and/or Apps Script/JavaScript; willing to write production-quality code.
• Hands-on interest in GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI or similar). Projects count.
• Daily use of AI assistants for code and analysis with critical evaluation of output.
• Understanding that financial data must be verified.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an early-career data professional who wants to build, not just maintain. We’re moving our FP&A reporting from Looker Studio and Google Sheets to a new agent-based platform on Google Cloud (Gemini, Vertex AI, BigQuery). You’ll be the main hands-on builder of this infrastructure from day one, with an experienced finance team behind you.

You won’t be alone - our Head of FP&A has deep finance background and years of experience in automation and scripting. He sets direction, reviews architecture, and unblocks you together with our Senior FP&A Analyst - SQL/BigQuery and reporting expert with a Big4 audit background - your go-to person for data logic, controls, and what “correct” looks like in finance.

You Will:

• Build the foundation of our AI-powered FP&A reporting stack on GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini, Google Workspace);
• Migrate existing reports and dashboards from Looker Studio and Google Sheets to the new solution;
• Design and implement data pipelines (BigQuery, Sheets, files from country teams) with validation and error handling;
• Build AI agents and workflows that generate reports, commentary, and variance explanations;
• Automate recurring tasks with SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script;
• Document architecture, processes, and workflows so others can use and maintain them;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security (access control, handling confidential data in AI tools);
• Support ad hoc analyses for the finance team and business.

Desired Experience:

• Experience working with data (internship, side project, or university project is fine);
• Solid SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, window functions are a plus);
• Basic Python and/or Apps Script/JavaScript, and willingness to write production-quality code;
• Hands‑on interest in GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI or similar). Personal or course projects count;
• Daily, practical use of AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for code and analysis, with a critical approach to their output;
• Understanding that financial data must always be verified;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and independence in finding solutions;
• Polish fluent, English min. B2.
