In a fast-paced dealership setting, you’ll partner with sales and management to structure deals, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records for audits while building strong lender relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership or similar role
• Strong understanding of financing, insurance, and compliance regulations
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with dealership software and financing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is a plus

Position Overview

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance (F&I) aspects of vehicle sales. You’ll work closely with the sales team and customers, providing expert guidance on financing options, warranties, and additional products.
