Stratton Mountain Resort, part of Alterra, is seeking a Finance Manager who will lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting for the resort. The role partners with resort leadership to support strategic decisions and capital planning.
This is a full-time, year-round position. The annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, with eligibility for benefits and career growth within Alterra.

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting for Stratton Mountain Resort. This role serves as a strategic business partner to Resort leadership and department heads, providing financial insight to support operational decision-making, long-range planning, and capital investment prioritization.
The Finance Manager focuses on forward-looking financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and evaluation of strategic and capital initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving financial discipline, improving financial literacy across the organization, and supporting sustainable business performance.
This is a full-time, year-round, benefit eligible position. The annual compensation for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
