Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will help customers secure financing, structure profitable deals, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting the Ciocca brand and community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Pay is draw plus percentage: $100,000-$130,000 wage range
• Full Time including some Saturdays.
