Job summary

Elevate Search Partners is seeking a Finance Manager in Omaha to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO. You will lead FP&A efforts, model complex scenarios, and partner with leaders across the organization to drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes monthly reviews, ownership of strategic initiatives, and leveraging technology to improve reporting and decision-making. A strong track record in FP&A and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A track record in a growth or stable business.
• Experience partnering with non-finance leaders (accounting, ops, sales, marketing, IT).
• Advanced financial modeling and strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly business reviews for each division, including budgeting versus actuals and narrative.
• Own strategic finance projects and drive opportunities for profitable growth.
• Leverage the company's systems/data to identify efficiencies and automate where possible.
• Grow into greater responsibilities with a loyal, high-performing team.

Finance Manager – Stable & Strong Business, $110-130k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive monthly business review for each division of the company, analyzing budget vs actual results and providing a narrative explaining the story behind the results
• Take ownership for a steady stream of strategic projects…the CFO said “This job should be fun” – as you are always helping solve problems, shed light on opportunities and help gently push the business forward
• Leverage your tech skills…this company’s CFO is eager to hire someone who will get into all of their systems and get into the data…there is likely quite a bit of low hanging fruit waiting for someone to harvest
