Job summary

Green Key Resources is recruiting for a private investment platform in New York, offering a role in fund finance with exposure to senior leadership. You will own NAV, financial statements, and investor reporting, while coordinating with a fund administrator on capital calls, distributions, and cash activity.

You will collaborate with investment teams on fundings, realizations, and valuations and support LP reporting and capital-raising materials.

Responsibilities

• Own fund finance responsibilities including quarterly NAV, financial statements, and investor reporting
• Manage the fund administrator relationship across capital calls, distributions, allocations, and cash activity
• Partner directly with investment teams on fundings, realizations, and portfolio valuations
• Support investor relations with LP reporting, capital raising materials, and ad hoc requests
• Drive process improvements, system implementations, and workflow optimization initiatives
• Gain direct exposure to senior leadership and Fund Controller-level responsibilities
