Finance ManagerJob Purpose:Manage dealership finance and insurance operations while assisting customers with financing, vehicle protection products, and required sales documentation. The Finance Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with dealership and legal requirements, maximizing dealership profitability, and supporting overall dealership sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Finance & Insurance OperationsPresent financing options, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other finance and insurance products to customersStructure, submit, and finalize finance deals with lending institutions and finance sourcesObtain lender approvals and ensure accurate completion of all financing documentationPrepare, review, and finalize contracts, title documents, lender paperwork, and related sales documentationVerify accuracy of taxes, title information, registration documentation, and deal structureEnsure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely in accordance with dealership, lender, manufacturer, and legal requirementsMaintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and lender regulations related to finance and insurance transactionsMaintain strong relationships with finance sources, lenders, manufacturer representatives, and vendor partnersAssist with inventory protection products, aftermarket products, and dealership profitability initiativesCustomer Service & Sales SupportDeliver exceptional customer service during all customer interactionsClearly explain financing terms, contracts, products, and available options to customersHandle customer concerns and questions professionally and courteouslySupport customer satisfaction and customer retention efforts through professional communication and relationship-buildingWork collaboratively with the Sales Department to support vehicle sales and dealership operationsAssist Sales Consultants and Sales Managers throughout the sales and delivery process as neededSupport delivery processes that create positive customer experiences and dealership loyaltyPromote dealership products, services, and protection programs while maintaining ethical sales practicesAdministrative & Operational ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records, reports, and finance documentationUtilize dealership management systems (DMS), CRM systems, finance software, and lender portals effectivelyReview and analyze department performance, profitability, and operational effectivenessAttend dealership meetings, training sessions, and manufacturer or lender training as requiredFollow dealership policies, procedures, operational standards, and confidentiality requirementsMaintain
