Job Description

• Leading the corporate finance team and overseeing the accounting day to day activities to include payroll, back reconciliation, general ledger management, accounts payable and profit and loss reporting.
• Managing strategic projects and building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the partners and senior management team.
• Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
• Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of findings to the partners and senior management team.
• Preparation and review of the monthly business performance report and coordinating annual tax processes with external accountant.
• Development and refinement of management accounting and reporting, including metrics/KPLs and enhanced business analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 5 years experience in finance management in a medium scale corporate business
• CA/CPA qualification or Master's degree preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Strong analytical, modeling and commercial reporting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills specifically on pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookups, hlookups and nested formulas etc.
• Knowledge of the QuickBooks Enterprise and ADP software.
• Must be highly organized, able to lead a small staff to meet deadlines, etc.
