Fletcher Jones Imports is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Manager to support dealership profitability and ensure a compliant, transparent, customer-focused finance process.

The role involves presenting finance options, structuring deals, reviewing credit, and ensuring lender requirements are met while maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.

Formación

• Prior experience in automotive finance, automotive sales, or a closely related dealership role.
• Ability to successfully obtain a DMV sales license.
• Experience structuring and closing automotive finance and lease transactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending practices, deal structure, and finance product presentation.
• Understanding compliance requirements including truth-in-lending, privacy, identity verification, and fair credit practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and contract review.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals.

Responsabilidades

• Present finance and lease options clearly to support informed customer decisions.
• Structure and finalize deals with lenders accurately and efficiently.
• Review credit applications and determine appropriate financing solutions.
• Present F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance) in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
• Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and lender requirements are complete and accurate.
• Manage contracts in transit, including funding follow-up and resolution of stipulations.
• Verify deal profitability, product penetration, and compliance prior to funding.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to deliver a seamless, professional guest experience.

What You Will Do
