Jobot is seeking a Finance Manager for our Jacksonville, TX manufacturing operations. You will lead finance and accounting activities, oversee month- and year-end closes, and provide timely reporting for consolidation.

The ideal candidate has SAP expertise, advanced Excel, and experience in treasury, cash management, tax compliance, and internal controls. This on-site, full-time role includes relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of finance/accounting experience, manufacturing focus.
• Experience in finance leadership, including managing accounting teams, month-end close, consolidation reporting, and tax compliance.
• Strong SAP background; advanced Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Experience with financial reporting, treasury, cash management, working capital optimization, and internal controls.
• CPA, multinational experience, HVAC/industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close and financial reporting for consolidation purposes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS
• Manage relationships with external auditors
• Lead cash management and liquidity planning
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, coordinating corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory filings
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business
• Establish and maintain internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes
• Optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels
• Improve the cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency
• Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders
• Lead and develop the Accounting and Administration team
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with international finance stakeholders on reporting and consolidation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is the minimum education requirement.
• Minimum 5-7 years of finance/accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing finance and accounting
• Experience in finance leadership, including managing accounting teams, month-end/year-end close, consolidation reporting, and tax compliance
• Strong background in SAP, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting tools
• Proven experience with financial reporting, treasury, cash management, working capital optimization, and internal controls
• CPA, multinational company experience, and HVAC, heat-transfer, data center, power generation, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
