A leading global CPG brand powerhouse is seeking a driven Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Westchester County. Working closely with executive finance leadership, you will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Accounting, and Supply Chain to optimize product pricing, drive profitability, and refine commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Volume Forecasting: Partner with commercial teams to analyze, challenge, and build high-accuracy sales volume models.
• Pricing Strategy & Metadata: Collaborate with regional sales directors to build, maintain, and evaluate promotional and baseline pricing structures across target markets.
• Trade-Spend Planning & Reconciliation: Oversee regional trade-spend budgets, forecast trade promotion needs, and audit/reconcile monthly distributor invoices against promotional accruals.
• P&L Financial Analysis: Monitor divisional financial health, analyze margins, and deliver actionable insights to maximize trade efficiency and divisional profitability.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Translate complex data sets into compelling financial stories and business cases for senior executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics with 5+ years of relevant corporate finance, commercial finance, or revenue management experience within the CPG sector.
• Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (nested logic, INDEX/XMATCH, Power Query), Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Industry Tools (Plus): Exposure to CPG/beverage data platforms (e.g., VIP/iDig, Karma, Vistaar, or similar trade promotion management/depletion tools) is strong plus.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional business acumen, analytical storytelling, strong project management skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for business reviews or team meetings.
