Scott Cars Incorporated is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to guide customers through financing and vehicle protection while maximizing dealership profitability. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

You will desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure funding, and maintain proficiency and required certifications, delivering transparent service and protecting the dealership's financial interests.

Qualifications

• Finance knowledge and experience in auto financing procedures.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Protect the dealership's financial interests while providing a professional and transparent customer experience
