Job summary

Netflix seeks a data-driven Talent M&A Specialist to partner with the Talent M&A lead and drive execution across the deal lifecycle. You will own day-to-day workstream management and coordinate across active deals, bringing rigor to ensure our deal strategy is executed effectively.

This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Talent M&A lead. Responsibilities include managing milestones, dashboards, policy evaluations, and cross-functional alignment with Corporate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, technical program or project management, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional work ethic and ownership: takes initiative, moves fast, and closes loops.
• Strong data fluency, with comfort in Excel and Google Sheets, building trackers and models.
• Structured problem-solving and sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex cross-functional workstreams at once under tight timelines.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with senior stakeholders.
• Discretion with confidential employee and transaction information.
• Interest in using AI tools to work faster.

Responsibilities

• Drive Talent workstream management across active deals, tracking milestones and owners.
• Build and maintain deal trackers and dashboards with real-time visibility.
• Support evaluation of target company policies and operations.
• Track long-term deal success via annual scorecard reporting.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, Workplace, and Talent subfunctions.
• Run large cross-functional meetings and capture decisions.
• Maintain and improve the Talent M&A playbook and templates.
• Flex into broader strategic Talent initiatives when deal volume is low.
