Strayer University seeks a dynamic Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate/graduate finance courses in a hybrid format, starting January 4, 2027. The position requires in-person meetings at the South Charlotte campus and asynchronous online instruction.

The role emphasizes high-quality instruction, timely feedback, and active student engagement across modalities, with weekly in-person sessions and optional travel for campus assignments.

Qualifications

• Teaching at college level and online experience preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience in a Finance-related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses from a pre-designed curriculum.
• Use technology/videos to enhance curriculum.
• Attend on-campus sessions before class start times.
• Engage students online and offline via the learning platform.
• Respond to students via email/phone during office hours.
• Set clear evaluation standards and adhere to policies.
• Attend faculty meetings/workshops as required.
