Job summary
Strayer University, part of Strategic Education, Inc., seeks a dynamic Adjunct Faculty member to teach online undergraduate/graduate finance courses for the upcoming winter quarter starting January 4, 2026. Adjunct faculty act as coaches and mentors, fostering a life-long love of learning and maintaining strong faculty-student relationships.
Applicants must submit unofficial transcripts. Compensation for online courses ranges from 2,300 to 3,100 per online assignment per quarter, with on-campus
Qualifications
- Teach courses from a pre-designed curriculum using professional expertise.
- Be available to students via email, phone, text, and office hours to provide timely feedback.
- 5 years of professional management experience in a finance-related field required.
- All degrees must be conferred from an accredited institution; Doctorate in Finance or related field with specified credits.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses as assigned from a pre-designed curriculum and use technology to enhance learning.
- Establish high standards and inform students how they will be evaluated.
- Be available to students to provide quality feedback and support academic success.
