Uline is offering a three-year Finance Leadership Trainee program at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Trainees will rotate through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit while building leadership and financial skills.

You will work with experienced professionals, participate in mentoring from senior leaders, and aim for a leadership role upon completion. The program emphasizes hands-on experience and strong internal relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers by phone and email to assist with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance and deliver exceptional service.
