Watts Water Technologies invites high-potential graduates to join its two-year Finance Leadership Rotational Program based at the North Andover, MA headquarters. You will experience three 12-month rotations across Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Internal Audit and Americas FP&A, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related analytical field, graduation May 2027.
Interest in leadership development and growth into future leadership roles.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and statements.
Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year rotational program across Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Internal Audit and Americas FP&A.
Support monthly/quarterly close, journal entries, reporting and analysis.
Assist with budget, forecasts (AOP) and strategic planning.
Provide financial insights and process improvements with business partners.
Relate cost structures to production performance and inventory management.
Assist in capital expenditure requests and post-investment reviews.
