Job summary

Siemens Energy invites driven early-career professionals to join the Finance Excellence Academy, a 24‑month rotational program with four sequential 6‑month assignments across multiple business areas and corporate functions.

Rotations include locations such as Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh and Charlotte, exposing you to Financial Accounting, Service Operations Finance, Manufacturing Operations Finance, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics or other business fields; graduating by May 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
• Interest in data analytics, corporate functions, project management, FP&A.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Excel and data tools like Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, project finance, and business controlling across rotations.
• Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, SAP and other systems to deliver insights.
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Build finance and leadership capabilities through mentorship and collaboration.
