Alcoa’s Finance Leadership Development Rotational Program in Pittsburgh offers a structured, two-year path for new graduates to rotate through four critical assignments in Finance, gaining exposure to FP&A, accounting, internal audit, and treasury/investor relations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business – Accounting or Finance majors preferred; GPA 3.0+ with major GPA 3.2+
• Courses in basic accounting with at least a “B” average
• Graduation date December 2026 or Spring 2027
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Desire to grow your career within Alcoa
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and analyze financial reporting used by Alcoa’s senior business leaders
• Support business planning and forecasting decisions across Alcoa’s operations
• Analyze performance against key financial metrics
• Partner with plant finance teams to analyze operating results and variances and identify business challenges and opportunities.
