Expedia Group is launching the 2027 Finance Leadership Program (FLP). You will complete three 12-month rotations within Finance to gain broad exposure across FP&A, Controllership, Tax, and more, while earning an Industry Recognized Qualification (CIMA or ACCA) and onboarding with the Emerging Talent & Careers team.

The program includes learning series, networking events, and a mentorship structure with senior leaders and navigators (buddies) to support your development across the organization.

We are looking to identify and develop future business leaders through our 2027 Expedia - Finance Leadership Program (FLP).

You'll complete three 12-month rotations on different teams to give you exposure to the many facets of our travel ecosystem. Throughout the program, you'll benefit from dedicated professional and personal development opportunities during your rotations to help you identify what excites you the most about your career future.

Program Overview

Team Rotations: three 12-month rotations (within Finance) to build knowledge of our business, across various Expedia Group divisions.

Finance Leadership Program: accelerated career development to build you into the next generation of Finance leaders through multi-disciplinary finance experience, differentiated learning opportunities focused on a combination of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, in-program leadership opportunities, and increased exposure to senior leaders throughout Finance.

Industry Recognized Qualification: we will sponsor your studies towards your chosen qualification of either CIMA or ACCA

Onboarding: onboarding with our Emerging Talent & Careers team in your hub office including introduction to Expedia Group and in-depth, role-specific learning to help set you up for success in the program

Learning Series: continued learning throughout your program to build technical and professional skills

Social Events and Networking: build your network with other participants in the program during socials and join our Inclusion Business Groups

Support Network: mentorship from a dedicated structure of leaders and navigators (buddies) as well as the Emerging Talent team; access to Expedia Group mentoring programs

Our Finance Leadership Program Graduates work on impactful projects which support the overall Expedia Group (EG) Finance vision. Each member of the program will rotate through assignments across diverse functional areas within Finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, Controllership, Audit, Treasury, Tax, and more.

In this role you will:

• Analyse data for trends and insights, to inform better decision-making


• Partner with our Finance & Analytics teams to develop and share business understanding and build future forecasts and outlooks


• Build business cases or investment proposals to help support growth


• Engage with Commercial, Strategic and Finance leaders across EG

Minimum Requirements

• Must be available to start on August 16, 2027


• Must be graduating with an undergraduate degree between March 2027 and July 2027 which is focused on quantitative or analytical competencies (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, Maths, etc.)
