Job summary

Siemens Healthineers offers a Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Internship for 10–12 weeks in the United States. The program develops future financial leaders through corporate accounting, cost accounting, and financial analysis rotations across the company.

Selected students will gain mentoring, exposure to senior leaders, and hands-on experience in budgeting and reporting. The internship leads to a two-year rotational program upon completion.

Qualifications

• Majors: BS/BA – Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management with an Accounting or Finance concentration
• Education: Rising undergraduate seniors (current juniors) pursuing a BS/BA from an accredited technical school, college or university
• Availability: 40 hours per week from May to August
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Relocation/Travel: Willing to relocate and travel or comfortable with fully virtual format
• Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
• Start Date – May/June 2027

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial activities such as forecasting and budgeting
• Perform monthly reporting analysis
• Participate in special projects
• Learn and apply accounting policies and IFRS guidelines
• Assist with cost accounting and project costing
• Support reporting across business areas and NAM region
