• Participate in three one-year rotations across FP&A, Data Analytics & Visualization, Financial Operations, and Controllership Fundamentals.
• Develop financial analysis, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Gain exposure to CVS Health’s corporate finance and healthcare industry practices.

Position Summary Projected Program Start Date: July 12, 2027 Locations: Hartford, CT; Cumberland, RI; Northbrook, IL Starting Salary: 72,000 Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

As an FLDP participant, you'll complete three one-year rotations that provide exposure to key areas of finance, including: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Data Analytics & Visualization Financial Operations Controllership Fundamentals During these rotations, you'll develop skills in financial analysis, executive communication, data-driven decision making, and technical expertise. You'll work on real business problems that help shape the future of CVS Health while building a broad understanding of corporate finance in the healthcare industry.

Work Location and Relocation CVS Health follows a hybrid work model that typically provides flexibility to work in the office three days a week, and two days from home based on business needs. Program locations include Hartford, CT, Northbrook, IL, and Cumberland, RI. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates who need to move more than 50 miles from their current residence.

Education Candidates should complete a bachelor's degree between May 2026 and August 2027 with a major, minor, concentration, or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Analytics

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
