Job summary

Sanford Burnham Prebys is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will serve as a finance business partner and Workday expert, supporting planning, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

You will develop and optimize Workday-based reports and dashboards, support Workday implementations, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and six years of experience.
• Strong Workday Financials experience required including report development and budgeting.
• Adaptive Planning experience required including forecast modeling and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/ quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership.
• Own Workday reporting, dashboards, budgeting, and planning processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Procurement on reporting needs.
