Qualifications

• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop financial reporting packages with operational KPIs for leadership.
• Support monthly closing processes for business units and consolidated reporting.
• Analyze departmental expenses (SG&A) and investigate variances and trends.
• Assist in preparing Board presentations and leadership materials with clear financials.
• Review data and reports for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly lender reporting (covenants, certificates, liquidity).
• Administer planning tools using Workday Adaptive Planning (models, reporting structures, forecasts).
• Maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support financial analysis.
• Contribute to system/process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join a growing organization. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will collaborate closely with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with accounting standards. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including developing models and reports.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel (PivotTables, lookups, financial modeling).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and industry‑standard accounting practices.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
