Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar ERP/CPM platforms.
• Experience building models, dashboards and reports for leadership audiences.
• Experience delivering end‑user training or change management programs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the financial planning infrastructure in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Design dashboards, driver-based models, and automated reporting pipelines.
• Lead annual operating budget process with leadership input and scenarios.
• Publish variance reports and translate results for non‑financial audiences.
• Support data governance, system integrations, and workflow optimization.
