Job summary

Amazon's North America Sort Centers Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to lead the West Region's financial planning and performance across 40 sites with $2 billion spend. You will partner with senior leaders to optimize productivity, control costs, and drive strategic initiatives.

In this role you will manage a team of four, present to regional leadership, and influence decisions that impact capital and labor investments across 108 Sort Centers. Strong leadership and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CFO of the West Region.
• Partner with senior leaders across the Operations team, as well as key partner teams including Labor Planning, ACES, and Engineering to prioritize and drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Create and execute mechanisms to inspect performance across the West Region and identify opportunities.
• Regularly present to senior leaders within the Region.
• Lead and develop a team of four to grow their capabilities and careers.
