Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to lead North America Sort Centers finance for the West Region, overseeing 40 sites with a $2B spend. You will partner with senior leaders to drive productivity, cost improvements, and financial performance, while developing a team of four professionals across multiple sub-regions.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic partnering, and a track record of delivering controllership improvements and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• MBA and 8+ years of continuous improvement / mentoring experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CFO of the West Region.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations and key partner teams to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Create and execute mechanisms to inspect performance across the West Region.
• Regularly present to senior leaders within the Region.
• Lead and develop a team of four to grow capabilities and careers.
