Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 5+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a cross-functional environment
• Experience with government contracting and communicating with internal/external customers

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts dedicated to program and contract activities with a focus on EVM compliance and business execution
• Coordinate and integrate the overall program financial activity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and full EVM reporting requirements
• Partner with program managers and IPT leadership to drive financial strategy that maximizes program execution and profitability
• Collaborate with leaders to establish program budget baselines, implement EVM performance measurement, and produce accurate forecasts
• Provide support to proposal estimating and contracting to reinforce financial rigor and EVM standards
• Engage with NASA and suppliers to deliver transparent cost performance reporting and maintain strong relationships
• Lead special assignments and affordability initiatives and brief executive leadership on risks and status
• Ensure comprehensive support for cash flow, revenue recognition, budgeting, and forecasting across finance teams
• Ensure compliance with audits related to program financials and EVM
• Foster continuous improvement in financial processes and customer engagement
