Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager for the Reverse Logistics Finance team. The role focuses on building financial models, cost-out forecasting, and data-driven insights to guide decision making across product lines and executives.

You will own data strategy for monthly and quarterly reviews, deliver forward-looking analytics, and interact with multiple business teams to influence outcomes through clear scenarios and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Build models to forecast returned units and warranty expense for various products.
• Build break-even models to provide accurate financial analysis and support Reverse Logistics Operations Team to make the correct end of repair decisions.
• Establish and track cost-out goals. Organize monthly cost-out review meetings.
• Coordinate and support the month-end/quarter-end close processes.
• Develop models/metrics and prepare commentary for Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.
• Develop scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business.
