Job summary

Webull Pay is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee all financial operations, regulatory reporting, treasury, accounting, internal controls, and audit functions for a regulated money services business in the crypto space. The designated CFO for regulatory purposes will operate as Associate Director based on experience while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership experience within regulated crypto/fintech,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years accounting or senior finance leadership in a regulated crypto financial services organization.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, broker-dealer, banking.
• Experience preparing regulatory financial filings and call reports.
• Experience overseeing annual financial statement audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital management.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Oversee audits and SOX readiness where applicable.
